What is your fitness story?
I have always had an affinity for staying active. I grew up primarily playing soccer and was always down to dabble with a variety of other sports. In 2009 I tried my first CrossFit workout and was super intimidated but also so enamored. After I fell in love with the sport of CrossFit, I decided to start competing in CrossFit and became a 6 time CrossFit Regional athlete in the SouthWest/South Region. My heart has now guided me into my new found love for mountain biking; I’m always interested in shredding around the Old Pueblo!
I coach group fitness classes at both of our locations and offer some personal training. A demographic I love working with are expecting and postpartum woman.

Any advice for beginners?
Your best weapon for all of life’s tribulations is good health and to get started at the gym, all you need to do is show up consistently. We cater to ALL fitness levels. We can modify all the movements so you feel accomplished and challenged. Come on in.
