What is your fitness story?

I played lots of sports growing up including softball, ice hockey, gymnastics, basketball, volleyball and track. I always worked out throughout my 20’s and 30’s but spent all of my 30's dedicated to running (marathons, 1/2 marathons, trail). Then at age 40, I tried CrossFit and hung up the running shoes for a new love!!

Favorite movement?

While it is a pretty simple movement, it has to be the sit-up! Any AB programming is a favorite!!

Any advice for beginners?

It is a marathon not a sprint. Stay in your lane and focus on your journey and you will do things you never thought possible!
