What is your CrossFit story?

My CrossFit story started when I was 16 years old. I was introduced to CrossFit through baseball strength and conditioning. Once I graduated high school and moved on to play college baseball, I aspired to make myself a more well rounded athlete. I believed CrossFit was the way to go, and it’s been the best choice I’ve made ever since.
What is your favorite part about coaching?

I love being able to be a part of someone’s journey, whether that be their athletic journey, their life journey, but being beneficial to someone’s life. I love seeing the joy out of clients when they reach their goals or when the technique of a movement finally clicks and they can feel it, and gain a better understanding of efficiency of the movement!

What's your favorite movement?

My favorite movement is the snatch!

Any advice for beginners?

My advice would be to never be intimidated, never be afraid to fail, it’s how we learn, always train optimally, never go to the complete maximum, always finish with a little something left in the tank, it keeps you hungry.
