What is your fitness story?
I have enjoyed fitness as long as I can remember. I started wrestling when I was 5 which led me into a life of fitness. I have always enjoyed being in the gym, whether it was on the mats or in the weight room. I have been CrossFitting and coaching CrossFit for 5 years now. I also enjoy personal training a variety of different athletes.
Favorite movement?
Anything handstand related.

Trust the process. Anyone can do this!
