CrossFit is: “Constantly varied functional movements performed at high levels of intensity, with the goal of increasing work capacity across broad time and modal domains.”
In other words, we take elements from several different training techniques and mash them together. We don’t just focus on one aspect of fitness, or certain movements, we vary them to help you reach your full potential. The variance of our movements will make your gym time way less monotonous and exponentially more fun!
We use elements of Olympic Weightlifting, gymnastics, powerlifting, cardio, and mobility to improve your overall fitness. We don’t use machines, instead we focus on functional movements that our bodies perform everyday to help build strength and flexibility. Workouts are performed at a high intensity, yet for a shorter duration than most are used to. Meaning, you can get a better workout in less time, all while having more fun!
Our workouts are highly scalable to any level of fitness, ability, or age.
